Production & Shipping

Timing and getting your order

How long does an order take?
Orders placed before 12:00pm are usually printed the same day; after 12:00pm they move to the next business day, and larger orders may need extra time. This is dependent on your file passing quality check and payment confirmation. See our Shipping Policy for delivery details.
How does pickup from the lockers work?
Pickup is free from our PIN-code lockers in Oranjestad, Aruba. When your order is ready, we email you a PIN. The lockers are open 24/7, so you can collect whenever suits you. Orders are held for 2 days. We don’t currently offer shipping or delivery.

DTF Basics

Pressing, durability and the two transfer types

What’s the difference between DTF and UV DTF?
T-Shirt DTF transfers are soft-hand and made for fabric — press them onto apparel with heat.
UV DTF transfers are glossy, durable stickers/decals that stick to hard surfaces like tumblers, signage, and more — no heat press needed for most applications.
How do I apply a DTF transfer?
Quick recipe for T-shirt DTF:
300–320°F150–160°C
12–15 secfirm, even pressure
2nd pressparchment, 10–15 sec
Peel while the film is still warm. The second press meaningfully improves durability and reduces shine. Full Pressing Guide →
How durable are the transfers?
Properly pressed DTF transfers are generally rated for 50–100 washes without major fading, cracking, or peeling. Keep in mind this depends a lot on how the garment is washed: gentle or hand washing (cold water, inside out, low or no heat drying) will make a transfer last noticeably longer than heavy machine wash cycles with hot water or high heat drying.

Payment & Returns

How to pay, and our custom-order policy

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Sentoo, bank transfer, and credit card, or your wallet balance if you’ve topped one up.
Do you accept cash?
Not in person — we don’t have a walk-in sales office, and all orders are picked up from our PIN-code lockers. But you can still pay with cash: create an account on this site, deposit the amount at any bank ATM or branch, then send us the receipt on WhatsApp. We’ll top up your account’s wallet balance, which you can then use to pay for orders at checkout.
Can I return or cancel my order?
Since every order is custom-printed, we can’t accept returns for a change of mind. See our full Returns & Refunds Policy for print-defect and cancellation details.

Troubleshooting

Fix common press and sticker problems

The edges of my print are lifting or cracking after a wash
This is almost always an under-pressed transfer. Make sure you’re pressing with firm, even pressure for the full 12–15 seconds, and always do the recommended second press (parchment paper over the design, another 10–15 seconds) — this step meaningfully improves durability.
My transfer won’t peel cleanly, or peels while still hot
Peel while the film is warm, not hot straight off the press. If a section resists, lay the film back down and re-press for a few seconds before trying again.
My UV DTF sticker won’t stick to the surface
Clean the surface first with soap and water or a 50/50 rubbing alcohol and water mix — oils and dust are the most common cause. UV DTF stickers are made for smooth, rigid surfaces like glass, metal, hard plastic, and wood, and aren’t recommended for fabric or flexible/stretchy materials.
How should I store transfers I haven’t used yet?
Keep them flat or loosely rolled, in their original packaging, in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight. Stored properly, they’ll hold their quality for months. See our full Storage & Care Guide for more.
